Peddi OTT Release Date Changes Again? Fresh Buzz Emerges

Ram Charan’s Peddi has emerged as one of the biggest theatrical successes of the year, crossing the ₹400 crore gross mark worldwide and enjoying a strong run at the box office. As the film nears the end of its theatrical journey, attention has now shifted to its much-awaited OTT premiere. Reports suggest that Netflix has acquired the digital rights and is preparing for the film’s online release.

Initially, industry buzz indicated that Peddi would begin streaming on July 2 in multiple languages. However, fresh reports now suggest that the plans may have changed, with a revised date being considered. The latest speculation points to a delayed rollout, especially for certain language versions, though an official announcement is still awaited from Netflix and the makers.

The delay, if true, could be linked to the film’s continued box-office performance. Despite entering the final phase of its theatrical run, Peddi continues to attract audiences and remains one of the most talked-about releases of 2026.

Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the rural sports drama stars Ram Charan, Janhvi Kapoor, Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Boman Irani, and Divyenndu Sharma in key roles. With fans eagerly waiting to revisit the film at home, all eyes are now on the official OTT release announcement.

Until then, the OTT date remains a subject of intense speculation among fans and trade circles alike.
