ZEE5 has taken a major step forward in its regional content strategy by unveiling a massive lineup of Telugu originals, films and returning shows. The announcement comes as part of the platform’s biggest multilingual content showcase, featuring projects across seven Indian languages.
For Telugu audiences, the streaming giant has lined up a blend of fresh stories and established franchises. Leading the pack is Shrimathi, headlined by Nivetha Thomas, which is expected to be one of the platform’s flagship originals. Another key title is Objection Mylord, a courtroom drama featuring Srikanth in a pivotal role.
Adding to the excitement, the hit talk show Jayammu Nishchayammu Ra is making a comeback with a new season. The show has enjoyed a strong following over the years and its return is expected to draw significant viewer interest.
On the film front, ZEE5 has secured streaming rights for several high-profile Telugu projects, including Venky Anil 5, NBK111, and Vrushakarma. These films are among the most talked-about upcoming releases and are expected to strengthen the platform’s movie catalog.
